Having GERD or acid reflux sucks, we looked at reddit to find out if there are any health advices related to diet for those who suffer from this uncomfortable condition and looking into diet as a possible source of healing.

This post seems to hit home and the general advice that comes out of it is lean meats like chicken, seafood like tuna, fruits like Banana and berries, rice. Foods to avoid are dairy, red meat, nuts, wheat and legumes.
